He first studied acting at Ithaca College - which involved a little breathing and a lot of crying. Then it was on to NYU to study dramatic writing - which ironically contained less breathing but way more crying. A multi-hyphenate in many mediums, Thaddeus tries to take that eclectic experience and create thoughtful and (mostly) clever work for the stage and screen. His work has won numerous film festivals and awards…including BET’s ‘Funniest Undiscovered Black Writer in America’…which feels a bit like an honor and a practical joke. These days, he’s developing a series with BET, has written for shows on HBO, MTV, and Audible, and is busy directing spots for incredible brands…which landed him here…writing this bio.
